Welcome to the Iowa Soccer Association and our “Getting Started” section of the website.
Iowa Soccer is a growing organization with a staff of five professionals located in Des Moines. The Association is statewide and currently has 90 affiliates with 34,000 youth players, 4500 coaches, and more than 2500 adult players. We promote the sport of soccer through organization, training and education. We also assist our members and teach the sport of soccer for pleasure and recreation, and help organize teams to develop, compete and participate in soccer programs.
Iowa Soccer is affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). Our national and international affiliations provide our membership the opportunity to remain on the forefront of the sport of soccer. From Greater Des Moines to Winneshiek, each soccer player is provided with the most up-to-date soccer information available.
