The fee is $80.00 for new players, which includes the $22.00 adult registration fee or $58.00 for current registered adult players, administration fees, field rental fees, Active.com service fees and referee fees. Refunds will be the amount paid minus a $10.00 service fee.
    
Eligible players for the Adult League include all players 16 years of age and above. Youth teams U17 and older may participate.

League Rules

Administrative Rules:

All players shall be registered through Iowa Soccer Association.

Team Requirements:

All teams are required to play per their web posted schedule.

Player Roster

It is suggested that each team carry a minimum of 15 players.

Youth Teams

Shall have an adult representative over the age of 21 at each match.

The adult representative need not be registered as a player or coach with ISA.

Player Passes

NO PASS, NO PLAY

Players are responsible for having their laminated player pass, with signatures & pictures, at every match.

Any teams playing with players not registered to their team will be subject to a forfeit of match and possible fine/suspension.

Uniforms

Teams must coordinate so that all players wear a jersey
color distinct to their team. “Pennys” may be worn if necessary.

Red Cards:

After a red card, the referee will send a written report to the league within 48 hours.
  
Players receiving a red card shall be ineligible for a minimum of one game, in addition to the remainder of the game in which they were sent off.

Any teams playing with red carded players will be subject to a forfeit of the match and possible fine/suspension.

League Play:

Teams will play seven weeks of match play, standings will determine League Champions. Standings will be determined by the following:

Points:  win=3 points, tie=1 point, loss=0 points,

      (2) Goal Difference: goals scored versus goals allowed;
            and if ties still exist,
      (3) the flip of a coin by the League Director.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Alcohol is not permitted at any game site.

Any player or spectator in the possession of alcohol or appearing to be under the influence of alcohol may be asked by any referee or ISA official to leave the
field and surrounding playing areas immediately.

Playing Rules:

FIFA Laws of the Game

A team must field 7 registered players at game time for a match to begin. A game shall be terminated when a team can field fewer than 7 players after the start of play. A 15 minute grace period will be allowed.

League Committee

A league committee of three team representatives and the League Director will oversee all league matters including discipline.
