Sunday, April 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Officials who wish to work games for the USL2 Des Moines Menace, NPSL Sioux Falls Thunder, and the WPSL Omaha Elite are required to pass the physical fitness test. If you do not pass the fitness test, you will not be assigned to any of these games nor can you be assigned to any other higher-level games (D-3, A-League, W-3).
Those individuals who are planning on upgrading to Regional Referee or those Regional Referees who need to meet annual maintenance requirements should also plan on taking the fitness test.
The Physical Fitness test is the 2-part FIFA Women's Referee Sprint / Interval Test covered below:
The Repeated Sprint Ability (RSA) test will measure the referee’s ability to perform repeated sprints over 40m – 6 trials with a maximum 6.00 seconds per trial.
The Interval Test evaluates the referee’s capacity to perform a series of high speed runs over 75m interspersed with 25m walking intervals – maximum 17 seconds per 75m run and 22 seconds per 25m walk.
