The new US Soccer Learning Center is a learning management system and registration database designed to house all US Soccer educational programs for referees. Sign up for a free account, create a Profile, and then take part in online courses, browse for in-person courses in your area, and track your US Soccer licenses and other certifications.
If you are already a referee, all your important information will be in your Profile, i.e., 16-digit USSF ID number, e-Mail address, phone number, personal photo, receipts for payments made, licenses held with expiration dates, and registration history.
IMPORTANT: Referees will now use the Learning Center for annual Recertification & Registration.

Instructs State Referee Committee (SRC) Learning Center Administrators on how to create and edit courses, set up a Course Library, attach a schedule, and manage Candidate registrations.

Provides guidance to Instructors on monitoring and evaluating Candidates' completions of course Assignments. When Candidates successfully complete all their course Assignments, they are then registered for the License associated with the course's curriculum.
