In what phase of planning is the project?
Land was purchased in the fall of 2018 and over the winter, the City of West Des Moines began the planning and bid processes for sitework. As the project has come into focus in recent months, the architect has made amendments to initial renderings and blueprints. The City has assumed all project management responsibilities and is moving forward with bids for all aspects of construction. Ground has been broken and dirt is moving!
