Education & Licensing
Iowa Soccer, U.S. Soccer’s designated State Association, is responsible for providing coaching education opportunities to coaches at all levels of play across the state. Coach education opportunities are available via the U.S. Soccer Coaching Education Pathway. Together, with U.S. Soccer, Iowa Soccer is committed to providing all coaches, from beginner to advanced, with education tailored to their experiences and the needs of their players.
U.S. Soccer Coach Education Pathway

U.S. Soccer national and state-level coaching education pathways and courses are designed to positively impact the development of grassroots coaches across the country by making education more accessible and developmentally appropriate for grassroots coaches. The Coaching License Pathway consists of a series of courses designed to meet the specific needs of a coach every step of the way.
