The purpose of the Iowa Soccer League (ISL) Rec Central is to provide 9U-19U member teams a place to play while supporting the game and creating a better environment through coach and parent education, as well as professional administration and leadership.  This purpose is at the core of our competitions programming and holds true for all Select and Recreational Iowa Soccer league products.

Current Season Per Team Fees

• $50 per team league entry fee (clubs billed at start of season by Iowa Soccer for every team entered)
• Referee fees are not billed by Iowa Soccer for the Rec Central (unless utilizing neutral locations, per below)
  • Participating clubs make their own arrangements for referee crews and handle all game fee details from start to finish
  • In the Rec Central if you have questions about referee fees, please contact the home team club
• Neutral Locations:  Some clubs do not own/operate their own facilities therefore the league is working with other facilities to host these matches @ neutral locations.  These costs will be billed in December following league reconciliation.

      • Marshalltown Area Soccer Fields:  @ 200.00 Match
    • Assignor Fee:  @$10.00 Match
    • Referee Fees:
      • 10U:  $25 Match
      • 12U:  $85 Match
      • 14U:  $105 Match
      • 16U:  $125 Match
      • 19U:  $150 Match

User fees are billed to the home team, unless the match is neutral for both teams then the user fees will be split 50/50.
