Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Iowa Soccer's Referee Development Program, is a newly-developed and unique initiative designed to address the critical state of referee retention and recruitment in our state. To have meaningful competition, that is managed by trained arbiters of the Laws of the Game and which promotes a safe playing environment, we need referees. #NoRef #NoGame.

In order to have a meaningful solution to poor referee retention and recruitment, we ALL need to participate in the solution. Through the Referee Development Program (RDP), Iowa Soccer will invest over a quarter million dollars over the next two years into dynamic programming and resources that will be made available to all Iowa Soccer member clubs and all participants in a match: players, coaches, supporters, and referees.
