By way of registering and paying the respective membership fee, and thus establishing membership, organizational and individual members are subject to all applicable Iowa Soccer, U.S. Soccer, U.S. Adult Soccer, and U.S. Youth Soccer bylaws, rules, and policies.

• Soccer clubs, youth soccer associations, and adult leagues that register players with Iowa Soccer.
• Organizations like YMCA’s and Parks & Rec Departments also may join as an Organizational Member.
• Annual affiliation fee for an Organizational Member is $200.

For the 2026–2027 seasonal year, Iowa Soccer has introduced a simplified and more transparent fee structure designed to make club budgeting easier and more consistent for all members. The updated model removes multiple existing fees and moves to a straightforward age-based player registration fee while continuing to support essential member services, coach education, referee development, and risk management programs.
