Referee Development Program

Iowa Soccer’s Referee Development Program (RDP) is a unique initiative designed to address the critical state of referee retention and recruitment in our state. Meaningful competition needs trained and confident referees and an environment where all four participants in the game – players, coaches, referees, and supporters – commit to good sportsmanship. #NoRef #NoGame.

In order to have a meaningful solution to the challenges ofr referee retention and recruitment, we ALL need to participate in the solution. Through the RDP, Iowa Soccer will invest over a quarter million dollars into dynamic programming and resources that will be made available AT NO COST to all Iowa Soccer member clubs and program participants.
