    Officials who wish to work games for the USL2 Des Moines Menace, NPSL Sioux Falls Thunder, and the WPSL Omaha Elite are required to pass a physical fitness test. Referees who are planning on upgrading to the next higher level or those at state level who need to meet the annual maintenance requirements should also take the fitness test.
